Qualifications: BS Business, CPM, 8+ years contract negotiation within specific service nices: Financial & Legal Consulting Services, HR Benefit/Labor Services, Safety/Security Services and Travel.

Must have experience selecting/managing service suppliers and developing/enforcing Supplier Quality and Risk Assessment programs/metrics.

Must have experience supporting relevant internal Department Head internal customers and have a proven history of influencing their "buy-in/compliance" with procurement programs established.

PC proficiency, JD Edwards experience a plus, experience with procurement system interface with finance, job costing, scheduling, planning.
