Mastery of MRP logic and processes preferred, in depth knowledge required.
Mastery of Kanban logic and processes preferred, in depth knowledge required.
Working in a team environment, problem solving, organization and planning skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, MRP, Kanban, Oracle
Excellent analytical, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.


Minimum 5 years material control experience in experience in a capital equipment-manufacturing environment.
Bachelors degree
APICs Certification
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a lean shop environment.
Oracle experience

Duties: Schedule production work orders to meet quality, delivery, cost and customer requirements.
Conduct shortage analysis and present at daily management
Maintain Daily management boards
Coordinate with the VSL to manage product line/cell capacity.
Participate in the development of accurate work order routings and time collection.
Analyze action messages and work with the team to resolve.
Analyze material transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify and transition material from MRP to Kanban.
Manage the cycle count program.
Coordinate necessary changes to the manufacturing process (ECOs).
Assure the timely processing of non-conforming materials.
Embrace continuous improvement.
