Mike Ford
Lifetime Achievement Award

I am pleased to announce that Mike Ford will be honored by the APICS Providence Chapter with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Mike has been a member since January 26, 1994 (14 yrs) and in that time he has attained his CPIM certification in January of 1997 and his CSCP Certification in March of 2006. Mike is a consummate professional who defines every APICS Quality with his knowledge of subject and service to the chapter. Mike became an instructor shortly after certification and for several years taught as many as 5 classes a year and attained the highest instructor rating possible in all his tenure. At the end of his instruction days, Mike became a member of the Board of Directors. Mike later became the VP of Education in 2004 and has enabled the chapter with the highest quality instruction possible in the Providence demographic until his leaving the Board in 2008. His dedication to the highest standards truly exemplifies his ethics and a main reason why the “Providence Chapter Brand” is sought after by many customers.

Please join with me in celebrating Mike’s dedication to the chapter by attending our February 17, 2009 PDM at The Hotel Providence, Johnson & Wales Room and thank him for so many years of dedicated service. Mike will be presented with a plaque to celebrate this honor.
